Terms and Condition/ Sales and Refund Policy

Our primary focus is “Complete customer satisfaction”. The items sold by Hobby Company are tested before they are shipped to ensure that our customers do not receive defective products. Do note that most of the products sold by us are imported and carry manufacturer’s warranty. Our liability towards the product is limited to shipping damage only. We will not be liable for broken items / parts due to improper use and handling.

We have a strict policy towards quality control. Almost all our products are from reputed brands. Chances of we shipping defective products is rare.

Item Classification (Other than Brand New Items)

Items where “Open Box” is mentioned fall under one of the below category

      • Brand New / Un-used: but without a Box: We do sometime order items in bulk and these do not have their original boxes. But the items are 100% brand new and in good working condition.

      • Pre-used/Seconds: These are second-hand used items with minor used marks / packaging may not be in good condition

      • Like New: New items with its original box and packaging, but the box may show some wear and tear. Products will be in good working condition.

    Cancellation Policy

    Typically orders once placed cannot be cancelled. For extreme exceptional circumstances please contact us via enquiry@trains4u.in. Phone requests for cancellation will not be considered.

    Exceptions

    Same day cancellation (Immediate cancellation and before shipping):  Refunds will be provided for orders that have not been shipped. Bank/transaction handling charges if any will be deducted from the total amount (typically 2%).

        • Same day cancellation (After shipping): Requests for cancellation received after the item has been shipped – Handling and Shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund due.

        • Additionally. Bank/transaction handling charges if any will be deducted from the total amount (typically 2%).

        • Refund will be processed post the package is returned to us or by the courier company.

      Refund Policy

      If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway, payment refund will be to the same account.

      We have 7 days Replacement and exchange policy 

      We have 7 days return policy Replacement and Exchange Product will be Delivered within 7 days. 

      Once refund is processed it will be credited in bank account within 5-7 working days

      Shipping Policy

      Orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days once payment verification has been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays and on public holidays, will begin processing the following business day for acceptation.

      All customers will receive a confirmation email when the order has been shipped. Pre-order products will need 4 weeks to be shipped. All orders are shipped via insured courier. International shipping world-wide so that we can spread the luster of our products all over the world. The exact shipping cost and delivery period for international deliveries will be worked out by our customer service team depending on the location and order value, a communicated within 2 business days of receiving the order. Once a product is shipped it will be delivered within 5-7 working days.
