Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. The items sold by us are fully tested before they are shipped
and this is to ensure that our customers do not receive defective products. Please note that most of the
products sold by us are imported and carries manufactures warranties our lability towards the product is
limited not more than 7 days from date of shipping and I limited to manufacturing defects. Items / parts
broken due to improper handling and use are not covered.

Requests received after the item is shipped – no refund
Refund requests received same day of the “successful” payment- Amount paid by you less Rs. 100
as handing/ cancellation fees.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase
and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
